Sorry I've been sick or I would have sent feedback much sooner. Every item of the Earth Auger is exactly as advertised, no damage. Actually the motor section/box arrived very fast and the rest of the parts arrived very soon after. VERY FAST Shipping. I choice to pay a little more because their customer service (15 hours ahead of AZ. time) responded to my questions quickly and politely.
