Rapid shipping. Box was heavily damaged (thanks FedEx 🙄) upon delivery, but due to oversized box and sufficient packing materials, the water heater arrived undamaged. Excellent price! Some of the attached warning labels were nonsensical, but the unit itself looks sharp, after peeling the poorly translated stickers. The pressure relief inlet valve was cheap junk, but the seller refunded $30 to make up for it. The water heater itself, works very well. I recommend this seller! 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The drain was titled as an offset drain, but is actually a centered one. Seller was open to accept the return or to work with me on a offer that would be acceptable to both of us. The item didn't have any shipping issues, it was new, and is totally usable as long as you want to be center drain. I would recommend the seller, despite the wrong description as it is customer focused and aiming to keep positive experience to the clients
