don't know why the description had these listed as navy blue, looked black in the picture and item that arrived was black but I did not care which it would be so I didn't double check with the seller or anything, otherwise item as described, packed well, shipped in reasonable time, etc. and working great.
The problem occurred with the usps that never gave any tracking number and thought it was the seller who did not send it MY APOLOGIES ! Excellent sellerr, great price and communication. Again, I jumped the gun which was entirely my fault and 90% the us postoffice. Thank you for your patience.
There was a problem with shipping that was out of the sellers control. They communicated everything and responded to my answers quickly. The product did arrive and it was as advertised and in good shape. Great price and everything worked on arrival.
