Very Pretty Victorian Pierced Sterling Silver Sugar Tongs London 1891 by Francis Higgins. Excellent condition with a pierced design to both sides. The bend at the top is also plain with no previous owners initials. Very clear hallmarks inside the tongs. No previous repairs or damage only small marks from use and handling.
