This is a beautiful Urban Expressions vegan bag. It is brand new with the original tag attached and is just as seller described. It has beautiful brown vegan leather that is nice and thick and feels very much like real leather. I am very happy with my purchase and the price for this lovely bag was great. This is a very good seller who went the extra mile to include a nice thank you card along with the purchase receipt. The bag was carefully packaged and the delivery was very quick. Thank you!
Would buy again. Item shipped quickly, was packed well. When we opened it, we found some issues and found that there was a difference in the description of the ad, and the product. Seller was quick to own the mistake, issue a return label (despite the item initially stating no returns), and was great at communicating.
