Sticky/Raw/Piñon Pine Tree Sap/Resin from South West New Mexico on Private Property. Multi Use, Can be used for Incense or Salves: Raw Natural Non Pesticide Straight from the Piñon Pine Tree sap/resin from South West New Mexico. Packaged in dye free parchment. We sell 2 different types of sap, this sap it the sticky/icky really soft kind, the other kind is hard. We gather sap from the Pinon Pine Trees in our backyard, there still may be the occasional pine needle or bark. The Pinon Pine Tree is not harmed in the gathering of sap and we leave enough sap on the tree to protect it. Every order is gathered by hand. This versatile SAP can be used as incense which has a lovely pine smell, added to any other resin, melted for salves, soaps and many other uses like glue, fire starter etc. *Please use caution and common sense when burning pine sap and use a burn proof plate (charcoal is usually needed), tongs and always keep children supervised *Do Not leave unattended!* *Pro Tips: to help get any stick sap off your fingers or utensils olive oil works great, or any solvent like rubbing alcohol:)* Also you'll want to strain your sap resin (after heating it) before adding to salve for the smoothest consistency. *Keeping the sap cool helps to be able to work with and/or separate from the parchment wrapper* We just know your going to love this precious, abundant gift from the Pinon Pine Trees!
