Purchased item but never arrived. Seller did stay in communication with me throughout the entire process (1 month. From the time of purchase until I received a full refund) I know it was not sellers fault for item to get lost. After a part leaves their store, they have no control over it. We put our trust on big shipping companies to connect a seller and a buyer, but some how they manage to lose or damage packages.
