Product was new, in the original box. Shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the wreath DOES NOT come close to meeting expectations for size or appearance, when it's "fluffed" out to reach 26 inches, it is very sparse and the vine wreath underneath is clearly viable. The cedar leaves are clearly plastic and not realistic at all. SO not worth any money.
Very nice, arriving in good shape and early. Everything required for assembly was there and was as described, easy to assemble. Excellent smooth transaction,5***** I would recommend and use again.
