The price and description was great! Unfortunately, the packaging lacked support and the item arrived broken. When it arrived, and I opened the package I was disappointed as this was the second one of this exact piece that I ordered and it arrived broken. With this, I contacted the seller immediately and attached multiple pictures showing the packaging and the items condition. Without hesitation, they gave me a full refund along with a sincere apology. I am very happy with the result.

Item received in good condition and as described. Shipping was on par. Packaging was good; however, outer box was partially open upon receipt. I suspect this was from the handling from the shipping company. Overall great buy!
