Seller did what was required of them. Apparently this was missing an accessory that was listed in the items to make sure are included in the instructions. I contacted the seller, and was told it was not their fault and the seller did not seem concerned about it. I am used to better service on ebay, and recommend looking elsewhere if you want first class service, as many sellers work hard to make sure that you are satisfied.
Packaging was open and the box was a bit faded (which I knew from the description), but the lights work great and I haven't had any issues in the three or so weeks since I received them. This was a much better deal than you will get directly from Govee.
Item matched perfectly the description. Shipping was slower than expected but the package did arrive a day early than forecasted. Good price and packaging was as original. Would have rather free shipping.
