The seller contacted me quickly about my order and said they opened it to make sure it was new. But why open a sealed package to make sure it was new when sealed originally in package. The opened package was not part of the listing as it should of been. I’m going to keep the chain though because I don’t want to deal with shipping it back & I have a job to do. My only complaint is it was opened and advertised as new not new with open package I would not have ordered knowing it was opened.
