Blouse is in excellent condition. Has two small spots on the front of the top as seen in close up photo of me pointing to them, but otherwise is in excellent condition with no other flaws to note. See photos for its details and condition. Measurements are 23 inches from pit to pit, 25 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of arm, and 26.5 inches from shoulder to bottom
