To be honest I was sceptical that the delivery timeframes would be met but they actually arrived early even through international shipping. Charms were as described. When I received a flag that was worn and I couldn't make out the details, I emailed them and they sent a replacement flag (charm) that wasn't worn. Besides that one worn charm, I've never had a problem with this seller, and when I did, it was remedied immediately. I'm a very happy repeat customer!
