The product was exactly expected. I've used the litter for well over a year. The problem was about how the product was shipped. Litter came from Walmart on Sat. 3/16/25. I had not ordered anything from Walmart, so I was worried. I found out that other people have experienced the same thing. Shipments ordered from Ebay and delivered from Walmart. I was suspicious that I was being scammed. I thought it ws against Ebay's seller policy to drop ship from a retailer.
Seller made a mistake and shipped the wrong product. As soon as I told them this, they corrected their mistake right away, and sent me the right item I paid for. Superb professionalism. Highly recommended. Responsible and ethical. You can trust this seller.
