Super New Haven 8 Day Regulator Parlor Clock Dated 1879--Victorian Beauty. It is signed and dated circa 1879 on its brass bezel. The top of the bezel is patient dated of February 11, 1879. Even the crest has deep carvings, and 7 small rosettes on the case. The original reverse multi colored front door glass is original to the clock and in marvelous condition. It is signed and dated circa 1879 on its brass bezel. The top of the bezel is patient dated of February 11, 1879. The eight day brass time and hour striking movement is original and in very good working condition. It has 5 large finials designing the case, one on the crest, two upside down on each side and then 2 more self standing on each side. Even the crest has deep carvings, and 7 small rosettes on the case. It is an outstanding american parlor clock inside and ouside. The original reverse multi colored front door glass is original to the clock and in marvelous condition. It even has most of its label on the back of the case. A very nice clock for the collector who wants a truly beautiful victorian american clock. Right out of the collection as the Kroeber front to back swinging pendulum parlor clock and several other highly collectable parlor clocks recently sold. All components are in good working condition.
