Item was boxed just fine however, the snowflakes were obviously broken prior to shipping. I opened up the wrapping, and the snowflakes fell off onto the ground. I did not mind having to re-glue it due to the fact that once the batteries were in the sound worked perfectly, and the item looked like it was in decent shape . I just don’t like when sellers try to get away with broken items. Hopefully, this is a lesson learned and it won’t happen again to anyone else.
