I have been worried about this piece since I ordered it as it was the 3rd one I purchased due to the other two arriving broken. I am pleased with shipping, packaging, the piece being exactly as described, and it was a a decent price even though I paid 2x what I paid for the other two combined. In my opinion, shipping took a little longer but that falls on the shipper. I would buy more pieces in the future from this seller.
Seller found cheaper shipping on own accord, saved me a few bucks on two items : ) Then one item showed up perfect, and the other one not working. Gave me a few pointers to try and troubleshoot, and quickly said, I gave another one working, I’ll send out tomorrow! Quick response, and assertive problem resolution. That’s all you could ever ask for!!! Feels good to trust someone when buying online!
Seller was great to work with. I read the description on the product and knew that the truck had trouble starting up. So when I received it I tried getting it to work and I just couldn’t. I messaged the seller and he gave me the perfect instructions to get the truck to work. Truly exceptional customer service! I would buy from him again because I know he backs his items that he sells.
