The shipping took a while, but that has nothing to do with seller. They were quick to ship on their end. When it did arrive, I could smell it almost immediately before even opening the box. Upon opening I discovered that the conditioner or shampoo, I don’t remember which now, had leaked.I notified the seller and they began within literal minutes, the process of refunding me! I had thought they were refunding a portion, but they gave me a full refund! Best seller, value, quality product!
