  1. Shipping cost aside (US situation with imports is not the seller's fault), this was far and away the best experience I've had with a seller on eBay in years. They went above and beyond for me when I brought up a concern, the product arrived extremely fast despite being across the globe, and the condition was essentially brand new--the only thing I could tell was used was the extra bundled mouse. Well worth the money, especially with how much better the gen 1 PowerPlay mat is over gen 2.

  2. The product arrived very quickly once shipped, and I found no issues or damages from the plastic, either from shipping or the product's quality in general. There was no decal sheet, but as far as I can tell that's only in the movie V.O.B version, not any issue with the product. The box had some scratches as mentioned and showed in the pictures, nothing terrible by any means. Shipping was steep but I blame the tariffs of our ruling clown! Overall, very satisfied with the product.

  3. Package come in perfectly and safe, no problems with this seller at all! I bought this for a friend who is a huge gundam fan, he couldn’t find it on a recent trip to Japan. Only issue would be fedex refusing to deliver the item but that’s in no fault of the seller. Couldn’t be happier with the gundam and will definitely check back for more goods by Takuma again.
