The item was exactly as described, perfectly brand new in the original box. Seller responded quickly when I messaged for shipping information was very promptly shipped and received was packaged nicely and arrived in excellent as if I just purchased in the department store. The item was just as described. It was packaged well and I received it very quickly. I'm just not sure why shipping was $15. If not for the shipping, I would say it was a great deal but I didn't really save anything by buying what I wanted here instead of getting it from someplace like Zappos or Anthropologie. But otherwise, I love the shoes.
