  1. Unfortunately, UPS did not handle the package with care and the battery arrived leaking and unusable, HOWEVER, I have nothing but good things to say about the seller. They clearly marked the package as fragile and to handle with care, and the battery was secured very well in the packaging, and it arrived quickly — so this was entirely on UPS. The seller was apologetic and immediately issued me a refund when I messaged with pictures of the damage, no hesitation or fuss at all.
