  2. Bought this item under good faith on the description when it was shipped to me it was shipped and a FedEx non-manufactured box. Held together by one piece of tape and clanking all around disassembled in the box. After opening the box I realized that there was no hardware no manual no factory box and all I got was a disassembled scooter. Lucky for me their customer service is A plus and they refunded my money and a short period of time
