Item arrived damaged do to poor packaging from the factory. After some back and forth over a few days the seller agreed to a partial refund so I could get the broken lamp repaired as I need it to keep my car road legal. The seller is not at fault for this as Nissan package these lamps very poorly from the factory even though they are already quite fragile. As per the sellers request I have tried to contact UPS multiple times and have sent multiple emails so hopefully they cover the sellers cost
