(2) Brass replacement washers for Hobart model 4332 and 4532 meat grinder This is the #32 size for Hobart meat grinders. Slides on the back of the worm stem. Will NOT fit the larger 1 1/2" square augers . 1 " (25mm) inside diameter. 2 " (50mm) Outside diameter. 1/8" (3mm) thick. Fits 3/4" square ends ONLY. Brass washers are heat conductive to prevent overheating and excessive noise. If you do not have a washer in place you will experience problems with the knife and plate fitting properly. The result may be plate clogging and mushy meat texture. You need the washer to prevent heat and to keep the knife, plate and ring snug up front.
