Positive in that it arrived safely and packaged as new...however, the listing text itself did not note that it was a blue ray disk version...when I received the item and noted these words at the top of the packaging, I was sure I didn't read that it was as I cannot use this version. this important bit of information in the description was not found though the package said it which I didn't notice, nor look closely at since I always read the full description to discern it being a BRD or DVD.
