  1. This seller went above and beyond in order to resolve a shipping issue that neither of us expected to have to deal with having to do with regulations around tobacco products shipping to my country. They put in extra time to get this item to me, and I'm grateful they did: I love the pipe—it's in beautiful new condition, feels wonderful in the hand, and has a striking appearance. The quality and value are both very high. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would buy again from this seller.

  2. Item was shipped in a small cardboard box while wrapped in bubble wrap and it was mint! Excellent shipping, exactly what I ordered. Quality is great and the value for something like this that’s discontinued, worth it. Thanks again!

  3. A fine guinomi which arrived quickly and very well packaged. Got hit with $60 duty/VAT for some reason so factor this in when purchasing from this seller. Good experience overall.
