( too many cheap copies of my work out there. , - Hand Enameled - Colorful flower design - orchid - 925 Sterling Silver - 925 Sterling Silver Chain - your choice of length - 18" will be a slightly different style than pictured , cable link Your choice of 16", 18" or 20" chain - just let me know at time of purchase which length you would like. If I don't hear from you, this will come on the 16" chain. - Cubic Zirconia - Orchid pendant is 32mm long / 1.3" measured from top of bale. 14th Anniversary Flower This pendant was made by first carving it in wax and then casting it. I usually make two at a time from one casting. This is a really lovely piece, with a three dimensional orchid that was enameled by hand. Since the enamel is done by hand each piece is a little bit different. This will come in a pretty gift box. Meaning of Orchids: Blue orchids symbolize strength. In ancient Greece, orchids were associated with virility and male fertility, the belief being that if women ate orchid flowers, they would bear a son to continue the family tradition. The Aztecs were known to drink a mixture of vanilla orchid flowers and chocolate to give them strength. I am inspired by nature so you will see quite a few flower pieces in my shop.
