Due to unforeseen circumstances (out of seller's control) my package was never rcvd. After notifying seller, she filed a "missing mail claim" with USPS. We waited for the package to be located! When it became apparent the package was most likely lost, seller then took steps to refund my money. Seller was always professional & courteous at all times! She remained in constant contact with me throughout the process. I'm disappointed USPS lost my package! But I have NO COMPLAINTS about this seller!!

I was accidentally sent the wrong pair of earrings and when messaged she immediately sent out the correct pair and let me keep the other pair. very nice packaging and exactly as pictured.
