Like new. Was tested to check functioning. Must be plugged in all the time to be used or have batteries installed. Comes with initial white tape. However, you can buy clear, colored, or even iron on tape for children's clothes. The tape can be cut to measurement instead of having a preset size. For use, you need to download the app and it includes many free fonts. Excellent little label maker with very easy instructions for use.
These shoes came fast, the packaging was unusually the shoes were as described the cost was fantastic. The shoes are too big but I will use insole that will help.
