Seller gave a tracking number but for whatever reason, it didnt work my end on the royal mail website. Item never arrived, this may have been due to the snowy weather that happened during transit. Communication with the seller was A+ and once we'd accepted that the item had been lost, a full refund was offered by the seller for which I'm much obliged. So, even though this wasn't a successful buying and selling experience, I would still buy again, as the seller is honest and reimbursed me.

I have been buying old photo frames from this seller for some years to frame all my antique / vintage family photos so they are in keeping with the photo date. They mostly need a bit of TLC but the end result is always excellent. Good value, speedy despatch and always easy to deal with. Coms are excellent and 'nige' is very quick to respond. Adequate packing and as described and pictured. AAAA
