The Aurelian Cycle Trilogy by Rosaria Munda 3 Books Set - Ages 14+ - Paperback Item Description Titles in this Set: 1. Fireborne 2. Flamefall 3. Furysong Description: Fireborne The first book in an epic dystopian fantasy trilogy that's full of dragons, rivalry and impossible choices. When the revolution came, everything changed. The old rulers were overthrown and the city's traditions were shattered. Annie and Lee grew up in the aftermath, their lives shaped by the chaos. Brought together in the same orphanage and despite their differences, they became each other's closest allies. But years of training have turned their friendship into rivalry as they now compete to lead the city's legendary dragonriders. Just as they're finding their footing, a new threat arises: survivors of the old regime are back, determined to take revenge. As dragons soar into battle and the city's future hangs in the balance, Annie and Lee must decide what truly matters: the bonds of family, the loyalty of friendship, or the destiny they've been fighting for all along. Flamefall In New Pythos, the defeated dragonlords have regrouped, ready to reclaim their city and crush the revolution that drove them out. Annie, the youngest Firstrider in Callipolan history, is tasked with defending her city against the looming threat. But the responsibility weighs heavy - rations are running out, tensions are rising, and every decision she makes could spark rebellion in her own streets. Lee, scarred by betrayal and the price he paid for loyalty, questions where he belongs. Supporting Annie means upholding the system that cost him his family, while joining the rebels means tearing apart the world they fought to build. Griff, a lowborn dragonrider serving the Pythian lords, knows his life has no value to those in power. But when a fateful mission puts him in Annie's path, he's forced to confront a choice: continue fighting for a future that will never include him, or risk everything by siding with his enemies. With famine tearing their city apart and war closing in, Annie, Lee, and Griff must decide who to trust and what to sacrifice to save the people they care about. This sequel to Fireborne is full of high-stakes action, shifting loyalties, and heart-wrenching decisions. Furysong Annie and Lee once dreamed of rebuilding their city, but as war rages on two fronts, they must now fight to save it or watch it crumble into ash. In New Pythos, Griff stands trial for treason. His fate seems sealed, but not everyone wants to see him fall. Allies on both sides are scheming to save him, though their plans could cost them dearly. Back in Callipolis, Annie faces her greatest challenge yet: uniting a divided city against a powerful enemy. With famine spreading and the shadow of the triarchy looming, she must prove she's the leader her people need - before it's too late. For Lee, revolution is no longer just about dragons and fire. He faces a battle of wits with those who see Callipolis's struggle as an opportunity to seize power. To protect the city, and the people he loves, he'll have to balance his ideals with the hard realities of war. As enemies close in from every side, Annie and Lee will have to make impossible choices. Will they save their city, even if it means losing each other? Or will the flames of rebellion destroy everything they've fought to protect? An electrifying conclusion to the trilogy, this final chapter is a story of hope, sacrifice, and the unbreakable bonds that define us - even in the face of fire. More Items! Requested seller defer posting books as I would be away. Seller ignored both my requests & sent books. Royal mail would only hold onto them for a certain time ( I had hassle of contacting them from abroad), so were delivered & on my doorstep 1 day before I returned. Luckily the Postwoman wrapped them in a RM Plastic Bag to avoid damage. 5 star Royal Mail, 1 star seller for ignoring my requests. But books are as advertised & price was ok.
Books were misdelivered by courier but seller refunded once contacted. As this was Xmas gift, I had to buy from Amazon only for these books to arrive a week later. Contacted seller about collecting them but they said not to snd donate to a friend/ community group, which we did. Great service only let down by Royal Mail.
