I received the item quickly and at a great cost. The item was new in the package, but turned out to be defective. (Several episodes wouldn’t play no matter what I tried) This defect was out of the sellers hands, but they very quickly gave me a refund once they received the item back, and communicated with me every step of the way. At first I was a little nervous, as it didn't get shipped out for several days. I contacted the seller, and she was very nice to say the least. She assured me it was just a post office delay, which it was. And some unfortunate weather here in Massachusetts delayed it over the weekend to. But it arrived just as described, and in perfect condition. It was worth every penny, as Deep Space Nine is a personal favorite show of mine. Either way, great seller!
Amazing! I love Star Trek and though I have PIC digitally, the physical copy was a necessary precaution. It was delivered sealed & wrapped in excellent plastic and bubble wrap. DVD’s weren’t broken when they arrived though I assumed they might’ve. While the value was a bit higher than other vendors, this seller has 100% positive feedback and is more trustworthy. I definitely recommend you buy from this seller. Totally worth the buy.
