The Flashing Man is a vintage and rare novelty animatronic toy once sold at various retailers including Spencers. This character collectible is sure to be a unique addition to any vintage toy collection. With its flashing action and retro charm, it's bound to be a conversation starter and a fun addition to any toy display. Box is quite worn as pictured and the bottom is held together with tape. The figure is still attatched with orginal plastic to the back of the box. Has not been opened up and tested. May need new batteries. Figure is in Like New condition.
