I had a problem with FedEx who told me to get ahold of the dealer. Fed Ex said they had delivered the item….they had not, I was home all day. Sent this information to the Dealer. They immediately responded with an apology and shipped another bowl right to me via USPS!!! They were great………I’m thinking I may order another!😃
