  1. The product was a bit of a long shot (replacement part) but it was as described and ended up working perfectly and the packaging was excellent. Shipping happened a bit quicker than promised, also. Given its function the part was a great value. Beyond all that, tho, the seller had (unknown to me) made an inadvertent error in the projected shipping cost and voluntarily contacted me about it and reimbursed me for the difference. Overall it was just an excellent experience.
