This is a used item, it arrived without a box, even though the listing did not mention that, however, it was considerably less expensive than the other options whether used or new, so the value is still good. The packaging was good with the ornament wrapped in packing paper carefully folded around the ornament. Ideally is could have been placed in a bubble pocket that would have protected it better. The shipping was toward the higher side. Everything is more expensive in FL now don't you know..

I never received this item, but it wasn't the seller's fault.. Our postman went on vacation and apparently, his sub, didn't know or care about doing his job. The package got sent back as inefficient address. Been getting my online stuff at that same address for years! Any way, Seller refunded my money.. So A++ Seller!!!
