Received pump in less than a week. Came in the original packaging and the box was not damaged. Pump worked, but had a slight leakage issue from the pump motor housing. Contact sellers and they quickly shipped out a replacement. New pump works perfectly as described. No issues with leaks and the pump is very quiet. Best valued purchase. Wish I could give more than a five star rating for the seller. Easy to get in contact with and are quick to respond. Even followed to see if pump was received

The product arrived well-packaged, but the Enter key was detached. I was able to reattach it by bending a small piece of plastic, and it now works as expected. The seller likely wasn't aware of the issue, and the product may have come from a pallet return facility. I'm happy with the fast shipping and the convenience of USB-C charging. Despite the minor issue with the key, I still recommend the seller. The item was as described, and the overall value was great.
