9 disc complete DVD series TV show came factory - with each disc in it's own paper envelope. That said, I found what looked like a box cutter cut groove into the top of one of the discs. This damaged the top of the DVD but the disc was able to play without problem. Still, the disc was obviously damaged. I notified the seller and they promptly issued a partial refund. Not a great experience, but it seems to be my consistent experience when buying used on ebay. Try selling elsewhere.. yeah.. no...
This little candle holder was mailed in Missouri, then made two stops in Puerto Rico before returning to the mainland via Florida, through to Colorado and finally to Seattle. Whew! Absolutely not the seller's fault, and no harm done. My item was well-packaged and as described. Good transaction!
