The eyeshadow palette came busted in the mail, probably mishandled by the mail carrier but could have been packaged with more bubble wrap for sure. Seller was very kind and respectful, provided a full refund, and allowed me to keep it to try and get some use of the remnants which I am grateful for. Would definitely recommend this seller, it was a good experience overall.
