The transmission ended up working great. Chuck and Eddies were communicative, and fair in their pricing. I had some concerns about the product that ended up not being an issue, but they were willing to find a solution with me. Thankfully we didnt need to do that. I would purchase from them again. Even thought I had to pay for liftgate service (I totally understand why) it’s still was a good value for the used transmission. Shipping was fast and delivered before the expected date.
Offered a lower amount than listed and seller accepted. Order was packaged well, shipped on time, and arrived a day early. However, it did not arrive as pictured. The part I received had some cosmetic damage on the outside that wasnt shown in the pictures and also was not mentioned in the description of the part. Overall, I give a B+ as it was a seamless transaction and arrived a day early with no hassle but should have been made aware of the cosmetic damage before purchasing.
Although the seller did not contact me back directly, they did include components that I did ask for in the offer I submitted. It was slightly dirty, which is to be expected. But it was better than as described, which I appreciated. The packaging was great, it had significant amount of protection. I believe I got more for what I paid. The shipping was about was was expected from the description but got all the information for it.
