This chandelier is stunning. The only installation issue I had was that the screw support holes in the lower support piece are differently placed from the top support base needed to attach to the ceiling. I could not use the standard drop-down chain section, so I had to install the lower light support section, but the hole locations differed from the base. It should be an easy design fix. All in all, this is a great purchase that was packaged very securely. Highly recommend.
