There was a gaping split in the back of the boot, where it meets the shaft, that rendered the boot useless. I wrote the seller and they immediately replied for a solution; soon after they refunded the full amount. I believe this seller is more than just a bit reputable, and would buy from them again with confidence. I'm thankful that I purchased from them.
