Exactly as described, new item. Packaged well to protect the original box while shipping from Japan. The seller was great, I had ordered the item initially and they had been out of stock, the seller apologized for the error and said they would get more and contact me when they did. Once they had more in stock they did indeed contact me and offered a discount for the inconvenience. They had great communication and were very professional.
This purchase started off bumpy but with great communication between us the issues (shipping-NOT the seller) was resolved to everyone s satisfaction. The package arrived in great condition as well as the four trucks contained inside. The seller went above and beyond to make things right! Tomica as always continues to make 1/64 diecast with care, quality and great detail in their diecast.
Already a wonderful start as pictures were provided before purchase, and everything came in right as mentioned! Packaging was top notch even without blister, and the shipping was quicker than first initial purchase! absolutely worth buying and should lead as a example on having images of the product in question instead of stock images!!
