After good communication and agreement they send me a replacement and a compensation! They send me video proof of the working camera and after 2days it arrived like promised! i live in europe, so it's very fast. Cant recommend this seller enough. would buy again from them.

The parcel arrived very quickly from Japan to Northern Ireland, and was packed well. The physical appearance of the camera looked even better than it did in the pictures! Even though there were mechanical issues with the camera, I was able to message the seller and they were very polite and offered a refund or exchange. I would definitely recommend this seller!
