3/8x3/8 R-22 1Ton TXV The Trane 3/8x3/8 R-22 1Ton TXV air conditioner is a Scroll, Split System. The main component is the refrigerant compressor. Heat is removed from the indoor air by a reversing valve (TXV), cooled by the outdoor coil, and blown into the structure through ducts. Moisture in the air condenses on the fins of this outdoor unit, it drains off as water through a tube to a drain pan. The Trane Val6375 3/8x3/8 R-22 1Ton TXV System is designed for larger homes with a higher cooling seasonal load. It is a packaged, integrated system that uniquely combines the two prime components of a heat pump system: Outdoor Coil and Indoor Coil. The condenser coil assembly is an integral component of the outdoor casing that installs directly on the outside wall, while the indoor coil mounts inside the home. This design provides more efficient heat transfer and reduced installation costs. The Trane 3/8x3/8 R-22 1Ton TXV; Consists of a TRU13B cartridge, Coil, and TXVA Plug Control. Heat exchanger is self-contained in the coil, making installation easy. Trane 1 Ton 3/8x3/8, R-22 TXV accurately controls air temperature. It is used for heating and cooling residential and light commercial applications, satisfies worldwide energy licensure requirements, and contains patented sensing technology that quickly identifies refrigerant leaks. The Trane VAL6375 1 ton TXV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve) is used in heat pumps and air conditioning systems to control cooling and heating within your home. Designed for use with Trane VRF Systems, this high efficiency TXV (a.k.a. Expansion Device or Accumulator) is intended for systems using a reverse flow coil configuration. The TXVs assist in correctly distributing refrigerant throughout the system and properly charging the coil chamber to 40 psig during system startup. This TXV controls the outdoor compressor and indoor air conditioner system in heat pump and gas/oil furnace applications. It monitors the outdoor refrigerant charge level to ensure proper operation. It also terminates any compressor trip sequence by closing reclosing valves, and reopens them upon reheating.
