I recently received the item from this seller. They communicated clearly that it would need to be shipped, and provided an ETA. The item actually arrived much quicker than the ETA, which was great. There was some damage to the exterior and interior box, but no damage to the item itself so I’m happy with that - especially since it was shipped.
