Item got damaged in transit, but the seller was kind enough to give me a full refund except for $0.01 for some weird reason, but I'm not too bothered by that. Customer service feels a bit like talking to a bot, but it all got resolved in the end, so I'm happy, even though I ended up with a slightly damaged item, it still works for my intended purpose, and I only ended up paying a penny for it.
Original product never delivered even though there was a tracking number. I did receive a full refund. Unbeknownst to me a replacement product was sent and received at correct address. I have notified seller if they are able to send me a replacement billing I would pay for the product again. Thanks for all your help in trying to locate the original product. good packaging
