I was very worried because the shipment was delayed but delightfully surprised to have it arrive the evening before my trip. The seller was very prompt in returning my inquiry and followed up with USPS offices to ensure it was moving through the delivery. The package was secured fairly well; boots weren't damaged. They had a tiny curl on top, probably because of the humid weather during transit. Other than that, the quality was like-new (hardly any wear showing) & they were beautiful!
