The lamp was well packaged and in working condition. It was as described. The seller was not very responsive but they do say in the description that they may take some time to respond. In my case I needed to update the shipping address and while I messaged them immediately upon purchase, there was no response and so it went to an old address that I needed to coordinate around. Even when I did get a response it was only about shipping ETA because there was no movement on the time for many day.
The seller shipped promptly and I received the shipment early. The items were packaged well but there had been some rough handling enroute. The contents were well-protected and the items I checked appeared to be in working order. Unfortunately, only five of the six cd cartridges were sent. I preferred and was expecting to receive a partial refund. However, the seller asked that the items be returned. I sent the items back this morning. I wish the seller had contacted me directly.
Item came as described and shown in listing photos. Upon arrival i charged the item and all seems to be in working order. Very fast shipping! I ordered it November 6th at night and it was packed and shipped November 7th in the morning. I received the item November 9th. Would 100% recommend this seller!
