You will need to sign for your packages or make arrangements with the carrier to pick up from their nearest hub. Most items (unless noted in the handling time) ship from our warehouse within 4-5business days from the business day your payment is received and processed in our system. Orders placed Friday and through the weekend will be processed Monday (excluding Holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information. We ship via UPS and Fedex. We only ship to a confirmed Paypal shipping address. All Will Call orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for pickup from the showroom, including in showroom or parking lot orders. Local pickup is available upon request. A matching ID, which must correspond to the name on the PayPal payment, is mandatory for picking up items.
